Snow Day!

Well what a crazy March we had. Lothersdale was hit with the beast from the east causing a few issues with transport in and out of the village. What a brilliant few days it was, hot chocolates and warm drinks all around. We hope you all enjoyed a few days off and some extra days spent in the pub with family and friends. Thanks again for your continued support.

New Guest Ales

At the Hare and Hounds we want to provide our customers with different tastes from a selection of local beers. We say bye to, Ilkley Mary Jane and Abbeydale Deception, top quality beers which we will see again soon.

We welcome Darkheart Mild – Yorkshire Heart Brewery and Hetton Pale Ale to the pub. Fantastic beers from brilliant breweries come try something different this February.

Spine Race

Over the weekend the pub witnessed over 400 extreme endurance athletes take on the much-anticipated spine race. A truly epic challenge that tested physical resilience and mental fortitude. Racing non-stop along the most iconic trail in the UK the Pennine way.

Great support was shown throughout the village and from the messages received the athletes spoke well of the support given. For our first spine race we witnessed TV tracking the progress of the athletes, BBQ, hot drinks and a lot of tired legs.

Well done to all who supported, we really did make a good account for the Village.

Festive celebrations

The Hare and Hounds would like to thank all of our customers for supporting the pub through the festive period. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year everyone.
